In doing so, the team capitalises on its vast experience of structuring and arranging finance for large-scale infrastructure projects across all industry sectors.

The market continues to evolve and now requires third party primary equity. Our specialist team delivers stand-alone risk capital funding and works closely with key industry sponsors.

Risk Capital

One of the UK's leading providers of equity, subordinated debt and mezzanine finance to the PFI/PPP market, our specialist teams in Edinburgh and London have extensive experience of project and bid development through to operations. With investments in more than 60 projects (from major acute hospitals to grouped schools projects) and two specialist funds, the team has well-established relationships with many leading PFI/PPP sponsors.

Risk & Asset Management

Bringing a wealth of experience to the ongoing management of project funds, the team currently manages a portfolio of over 130 projects spread across all major sectors of PFI and PPP, in a loan book in excess of £3bn. Building close relationships with existing borrowers, the team provides a high level of client service and has an experienced agency function.
