We provide debt funding solutions and risk capital investments in essential economic and social infrastructure projects via government PFI and PPP projects in the UK and Europe. Depth of experience

We have arranged over £10bn of senior debt in over 130 PFI/PPPs with risk capital in 60 projects. In the UK, we are currently one of the largest capital providers in the education sector where we have completed 30 projects which have provided around 20,000 school places. In the health sector we have funded and invested in over 30 projects which have provided around 12,000 hospital beds.
