Our focus is investing equity in pan-European LBO transactions alongside our strategic private equity partners, with our Leveraged Finance colleagues providing debt underwriting.

Flexible investment horizons

With access to invest risk capital direct from the HBOS balance sheet, Equity Origination has the flexibility to unlock large scale transactions with our investment knowledge and institutional experience and can invest throughout cycles.

Strong track record

Our team of investment professionals have been involved in several of Europe's most high profile LBO transactions and bring a wealth of sector experience and commercial flair when originating and executing deal opportunities.

Substantial investment capability
