Integrated Finance Asset Management (IFAM) is dedicated to managing our portfolio by fully supporting the strategic development and growth plans of each investee company. The IFAM team has responsibility for all Integrated Finance investments and adopts a true partnership approach through active working relationships with both the executive management teams and The Chairman Club.

There are more than 30 experienced professionals in the IFAM team supporting our investee companies. We seek to further develop the strong relationships built during the deal process by welcoming our new partners into the Integrated Finance network and fully exploring all areas where both that network and the wider bank can enhance those relationships. Partnership is at the core of the relationship between IFAM and the individual investee companies and this allows us to deliver the support necessary to allow management teams to fully realise their business aspirations.
